If you are not on UK, Follow these steps:
1)Go to any UK web proxy like -
krabappel.com/ppi/ OR anon-proxy.co.uk/ OR school-unblock.com/ OR wordsite.info/ 
2)On proxy's white blank URL bar type or copy&paste stardoll link
http://stardoll.com
3)Click on Go or Press Enter
4)You will be lead to stardoll page, Log in
And you have the phone [:
5)Leave the proxy and Go to stardoll.com as usual
Phone should be in a Childline bag in your suite [:
